Anna opened the door to Ollivanders Wand Shop, and entered slowly . She stared around the small room, examining the many small boxes piled to the ceiling. The store was empty. "Mr. Ollivander?" she said with an worried voice. Without an answer, she carefully strode to the counter while wathing the shelves. There seemed to be layers of dust on them, as if the place hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Suddenly, Anna heard a door opening on her right and, the next moment, she was facing a very old man, with long white hair, and a big bushy beard. Anna was surprised to see such an exhausted man, and felt worried for him and his health. "Ah, you're here, Anna", said Mr.Ollivander, unsuccessfully trying to hide the exhaustlessness in his voice. "Well, you know what you have to do." he said croakily while creeping back to the room from which he had come. "And please don't bother me unless it's important" he added just before leaving. "Yes, Sir" Anna quickly replied.

Once alone, she walked around the room, trying to learn more about the wands contained in the shop, while waiting for her first customer. After a while she heard someone coming in. "Good afternoon" she said, smiling, while glancing at the boy and the woman, most likely her mum, who just entered. The boy, about Anna’s age, smiled back, but the mother, apparently surprised, looked at her and asked: "Who are you? Where's Ollivander?" " I'm ‘Mr. Ollivander’s assistant, and I'm here to help you with whatever you need", she answered. After checking her watch, the woman, obviously in a hurry, headed towards the single chair in the corner of the store and said: "Whatever, please be quick. Yes, he's obviously lost it if he lets some random little girl take care of such a task". Relieved she didn't have to argue with her, she asked the boy what he wanted and helped him.
